Your plan decides how many servers and databases you can manage and which features you get. It is separate from the cost of any server you buy from Symplax, which comes out of your wallet.

Compare plans

  • Servers counts every server on your account, whether you connected it or bought it from Symplax.
  • Deploys per day is a rolling 24 hours, and a failed deploy counts too.
  • Deleting a database frees its slot on any plan.
  • Inside a team, limits follow the team owner’s plan and count the whole team’s usage.

Prices

Annual billing is available in US dollars only. Naira plans are monthly. See symplax.com/pricing for current prices.

1

Open Billing

Go to Settings and open the Billing tab.
2

Pick a plan

Choose Pro or Team, and monthly or annual if you pay in dollars.
3

Pay

You are sent to a hosted checkout. When the payment clears, your new limits apply straight away.
The Free plan needs no payment method.

How you pay

Dollar plans are paid by card through Flutterwave and renew automatically each month or year. You get an email 7 days before each renewal.
You get a receipt by email for every plan payment, and your payments are listed in the Billing tab.

When a plan lapses

If your plan ends without a renewal, you keep your paid features for a 5 day grace period.
1

7 days before the end date

A reminder email that your plan renews or needs renewing.
2

Day 1 after it ends

An email that the plan has expired, with a link to renew.
3

Day 3

A second email: your access ends in 2 days.
4

Day 5

Your account moves to Free.
When your account moves to Free:
  • Your cron jobs pause.
  • Scheduled database backups pause.
  • Every server except your oldest one is locked. A locked server keeps running, but you cannot deploy to it or change anything on it until you upgrade.
  • Your apps keep running and no data is deleted.
If you own a team, this also applies to the cron jobs and backups on the team’s servers.
Renew at any time, during the grace period or after it. Renewing unlocks your servers and resumes exactly the cron jobs and backup schedules that billing paused. Anything you had paused yourself stays paused. If you set a new backup schedule while you were on Free, yours is kept.
